A good way make sure customers feel heard

The main is that you can see the reports of the users in a single place. I think it has a great advantage when you have to know more about the projects that your team has. If you do not know the tools of Salesforce, then it is not the best experience manager for you. I recommend it. It's not so difficult to learn it. You can do a lot of things with it.
