Yes, this is the bulb for your Progress Lighting P6139-09W.

We had trouble finding the bulb that comes with our Progress Lighting system, white glass, brushed nickel. After many failed attempts and stuck with the wrong bulbs, you know this Satco works. I hope this saves someone who might get in trouble. If this isn't what you're looking for, I'm sorry I don't have anything for you. That's honestly more of a reminder to myself, so hopefully the next time I look (now I've ordered a few wrong ones) I'll stumble across this review. It's kind of like a really down-to-earth version of Memento.
