I hate it just because it's not very versatile. WILL NOT WORK with GUARDIAN garage door openers. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Chamberlain's tech support staff (most recently after watching YouTube guides and learning troubleshooting tips) and after a few rounds I found a guy who could definitely tell me no, they're up different frequencies and they will not work together. He actually told me to BUY OTHER GARAGE DOORS AND GATE OPENERS (my multicode gate opener is also not compatible with Chamberlain's "universal" keyboards) for the remote to work. No thank you! But I had a good laugh about it. Just be aware that if it doesn't work immediately and in an obvious way, no time is wasted trying to find out for sure. It won't work, sorry. Send it back!
