Quality but size problem

This collar is quite strong. Let's just say it wasn't quite what I expected. I ordered two - small and medium for two 7 lb dogs. and 13.5 pounds. For some reason they were sent separately and the little ones came first. With a slight adjustment (downsizing) it fits the larger of the two dogs. It was in no way suitable for the small dog it was bought for. When the medium sized collar arrived I knew I had to return it. It looked like it could easily fit a 45-50 lb dog. Other than the overall weight and thickness of the fabric and chain links, I have no complaints. I love that the company gives the dogs from the shelter the same collar!
