I have been buying Lands End jackets for skiing for years. I decided to buy it last year because my daughter wanted more colorful ones. Very surprised with this jacket - it was functional and stylish! She is an avid skier - has used this jacket in the Northeast and also in Utah. The weather is around 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit. It kept her warm! There are many pockets and there is the most important one - a pocket on the sleeve for the ski pass! I bought this jacket again this year, as well as matching ski pants.
