I was skeptical at first but there is logic. It's weightlifting for your face. I used all three levels for about two months and noticed big differences in my jaw and chin. The trick I learned here is to use it daily, preferably before bed as it allows your face to rest. You must be prepared to fully fatigue the facial muscles or there will be no improvement. It gets easier after a while, so I would recommend doing progressively more reps/sets (about 500 bites per day) (50-80 bites per set). *TIP: Chew lots of gum* I also recommend starting with level 2 as level 1 gets too light after a few days. looked clearer.
