Review on 🚪 Don-Jo 90 Metal Kick Plate with Brass Tone Finish, 34-inch Width x 8-inch Height, 3/64-inch Thickness by Geoffrey Graham

After living in our home for 20 years we decided it was time to paint our front door. The paint has held up well over time but it was starting to look a bit dull and needed a refresh.We have a metal door and the original brass plate was magnetic which the builder also originally glued on so we had no problems with it and it still looked like new. Unaware that my well meaning husband had ripped the original sign off the door, by the time I saw what he had done it was too late to put the original back on so we ordered this sign. Different than that Original we had had this screwing and I was a little disappointed as I liked the look of the original which didn't have it and for a smoother upper surface was made. Hired a painter to paint the door and he put a new metal panel on it. I have to say that both my husband and I were very pleased with it and I will admit that I even like the little screw caps now. It's bright and shiny and if it lasts as long as the last one I'll be very, very happy. We live far south and the heat and humidity is intense, but this thing still shines. Highly recommended !
