I bought Medium after reading that it fits Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM. So I was a bit surprised at how small it was when it arrived and knew it would never fit me as I needed a bigger one. But it was a cute, handy little organizer and one of my colleagues (she has a stunning smaller vintage leather bag) asked me which organizer I would buy as her bag needed an insert/organizer to shape it and keep it in place to keep. her things are under control. I took it to work and it fits perfectly in her bag! (It also breathed new life into her bag as it is a phenomenal use. I made her keep it to herself as it only cost me $20!) Since I have the organizer (2 zippered compartments and a ton of pockets ) really liked, I ordered it arrived in 2 days. Perfect for Neverfull and really gives my bag structure and room for everything! So it was a win-win in every way and I'm glad I ordered both sizes!
