I bought this skirt for my 13 year old daughter for her Halloween costume. I will say the skirt is a bit shorter so she wore shorts underneath. Also, the material is a bit thin and the quality of the fabric is not that great. We decided to order a size up as he has an elasticated waist and these skirts tend to run small. Still worn occasionally so it's holding up pretty well so far.
