Review on Cocoon Media Management by Jamal Edwards

This was great because we could make changes without having to go through our IT department. It also allowed us to have all of our team members work from home, which greatly improved productivity! I would love it if they added more features/options such as custom fields or tags instead of just making everything so simple that people can't figure out how to use them properly. They should give users an option to not allow sharing at first until you get used to using this system. We were able to upload documents and images easily with no issue when there are other file servers available around campus.
