For $6 I wasn't expecting much. To be honest I only needed it for one time use. To move some videos (TV shows and movies) to SD card for my car. After receiving this reader, I plugged it into a USB port along with an inserted SD card. Mind you, that was on Linux. Everything popped up like a removable disk. File transfer was fast enough, about 20GB (2-3 minutes). I didn't do any testing with it as it was only used once and then tossed in my random peripherals box. Windows restarted and transferred from there too. No problem. I just connected it to my phone (Samsung Note 8) to test OTG and it seems to have worked too. Great deal for the price. Couldn't be happier.
