Nope shaving & hair removal

I bought this product precisely because it is said to be suitable for coarse hair. Applied to the armpits, it "crumpled" about half the hair, and more snapped off, leaving stubble instead of smooth skin. I tried a scraper but settled on a washcloth with no better effect. The effort is definitely not worth it. Didn't irritate my skin so here it is (maybe because it's not strong enough to work).
