The screen flickers. speakers hiss.

The screen flickers very badly for the first 20 minutes after switching on and then continues to flicker non-stop. This happens in an office with a room temperature of 75 degrees. There's also a constant hiss from the speakers unless they're turned off. This monitor is less than 2 years old. Completely unacceptable.
