The chain is broken and there is no answer
My daughter gave me this beautiful necklace for my birthday. I put it on and after a few hours the chain broke while wearing it. Luckily I found the amulet and necklace on the ground. I emailed the seller twice and attached a photo of the broken chain. I still haven't received an answer from them. The charm is nice, the net is cheap and the customer service is lacking.
