Nothing beats a real masseuse, but it pays to regularly unroll a tight back

I've had this product for a little less than half a year. I use it regularly and am happy with my purchase. I'm small (5ft 3in) and it's definitely intended for a taller person and goes higher than is good for me, but I still enjoy using it. It has two sets of rotating balls that run up and down on either side. your spine. I tend to get more pressure on the areas that I need. You can apply pretty strong pressure by leaning on it. It took me forever to figure out what "Mode" options are Normal, Waist, and Back and the manual didn't help. All three modes still cover the entire rear area, which the product images are deceptive about. Here's what I think the modes do for those interested: Walk a little, take a quick break in your run, work your upper back a little more. It runs mostly straight on the mid-back/lower back, but stops and recedes briefly at a point at the lower waist. The "Thalia" mode is mostly executed directly, but pauses a few times before continuing. a few centimeters, half a turn back, then further (e.g. 2 steps forward, 1/2 step back). The "Top", "Full" and "Bottom" settings do what you would expect by only moving the massage balls up and down in the selected area. Spot mode repeatedly shoots the massage balls up and down a few inches from where they were when you pressed the button. It takes a few minutes to heat up, but eventually it gets warm enough for me and the massage seat is good. nice gesture.
