I've been looking forward to the arrival of these thorns. / Others I used, including felt ends, screwed onto the end of the shaft and eventually unscrewed immediately. When I received them [FAST SHIPPING, THANKS AMAZON] I checked them right away. To my chagrin, the shaft vibrated a bit at low speeds, preventing me from working with a smooth, polished surface. To compensate for this I had to increase the speed significantly before the undulation action allowed me to buff smoother. I thought that this particular shaft might be the only one of its kind. But after trying the rest they were all like the first ones, out of round and vibrating making them unsuitable for the low speed use I really need in my job.
