I was looking for an inexpensive projector for my son to use in his room. We cut the cord on the cord so he only uses his Playstation for games and shows on Netflix. He had a 32 inch TV and wanted something bigger. I decided to test this projector out to make sure it had a really big screen. -in airplay. This is an Apple technology that allows you to cast your phone or tablet screen to the projector. Not sure if my son will ever use it as he just plugs in the HDMI cable from the Playstation. I wanted to play around with this a bit to see if I can watch the US Open on my ESPN app. The instructions for setting up the Wi-Fi portion of the projector are fairly simple. You must use your phone to connect to the wifi that the projector enters. It was on the screen - mine was LOLLIPOPXXXXX. After that, visit a web page to add information about your local Wi-Fi. This allows your other devices to access the projector. Setup took about 5 minutes. and then i could send my tablet screen to the projector via airpl yes. The movie shows how I connect and then send a match from my iPad (ESPN app) to a projector. I'm projecting onto the wall in our media room. The image is about 133 inches diagonal and I'm throwing it off the wall from about 15 feet. You hear sound from the built-in speakers. free case (not ready yet) - Connectivity options: VGA, HDMI, SD card, USB, Wi-Fi (Airplay and Miracast) - Built-in speakers (but you'll probably use an audio system) - Fairly quiet when running - Fairly bright for an inexpensive projector. Not very good. Keystone adjustment is optical (keystone is a crooked image where the top or bottom is larger - optical adjustment means you don't have much control over focus - however remote control is not included. Remote control can be used during setup be helpful - The built-in speakers don't sound that great, but you'll probably be using something else anyway. The performance and quality of the device is more affordable given the price. I haven't seen a projector that supports a Wi-Fi connection It's NOT a projector to use in your media room, although it supports 1080p, this is a projector you can set up for your kids to play or watch their stuff, or even project on the wall or bed sheet at home can to see a funny movie outside at night you have to use a speaker for the sound anyway I would use it a Definitely buy again for the uses ovations as described above.
