Review on CMT 835 850 11 Rabbeting Cutting Carbide Tipped by Adam Rogers

Let me start by saying that CMT is a manufacturer of high quality cutters. But I was disappointed with this. A flat washer between the ball bearing and the tool body touched the outer race of the bearing, overheating the bearing which seized and hit the workpiece. This severely damaged an expensive product. Needs a little more attention to detail and quality control. I will continue to buy CMTs but be a little more discerning before taking them.
