I liked trying it but in the end I was disappointed. I've been making lip balms for a long time and wanted to try Mary Tylor Naturals because I love their products. This tray just keeps her lip balm tubes safe (compared to others I have). And it leaks horribly if the hose isn't tight against the tray. And half of the tubes went all the way to the bottom of the tube behind the catch bucket which ruined half of my batch because it looks horrible. (The lip balm for me and the family went a long way!) The tubes are arranged oddly - the bottom is too obviously empty. Don't compare it to the Mary Tylor brand, just this product.
