The best part about this software tool used by our Company has been its ability for employees across multiple departments within my organization (HR/Marketing) collaborate together while viewing each other’s information at different time frames.

I dislike how some of our users utilize it only when they are required for work purposes but do not like utilizing any social media or networking sites because we have an internal network set up which helps us communicate internally without external networks being utilized. We use allbound as employee onboarding system so everyone knows what needs addressed during new hire introduction process; however this benefits extends beyond HR department into many non-related functions such as Marketing team who uses it daily even if no direct interaction happens between them; therefore creating communication gap among these related teams.
