Works sometimes - Power Transmission Products

Even following the duty cycle in the manual I can only get it to work about 1/15th the time. The engine tries to stretch, but something stops it. The motor tries to kick and makes a high-pitched sound. I've only successfully deployed and retracted it twice. It gets stuck in the retracted position. Wanted to contact the seller directly but Amazon said to leave a review.
