Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very bright, but not even close to the advertised performance. EDIT: I was wrong, upgraded to 5 stars.

First of all I like it. They are bright and have a decent river picture up close which is why I was intrigued by these lights as spot beams just don't work for me as I do a lot of trail riding and like to see a nice wide river. and would also like punch to see open meadows and country lanes. They'll do it for the price too, they're damn heavy and feel like they're about to be beaten. I was surprised at how heavy these things are. Now about what is wrong. EDIT: Back when this was a 3 star review, I had an issue where the advertised performance was nowhere near what it should have been. Oddly all the lights were on and it was bloody bright. I measured 44 watts from a single light on a used truck battery, same story when I put a charger on it. The wires were solid, the same ones I use for car diagnostics. I gave them a second chance and took them to work a few days later. This time I replaced both meters with an old but good quality HP to measure current and at the same time used a quality Fluke to measure voltage. I used a brand new car battery we just bought (I keep a few on hand for devices that are in a humid environment). Well, what do you know, 87 watts consumption; 7.35 A at 11.89 V. So upgrade to 5 stars. Time will tell how well they hold up, but for the price they seem pretty tough. As with all Chinese electrical products I would definitely check the gaskets and internals on your specific units and add silicone sealant where it is loose and any sealant if the factory can't keep moisture out. I don't think you will be disappointed for $122. give them a chance
