Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Continuation of the analysis of the pros: Display quality. The brightness parameter is very pleasing - the minimum brightness is pleasing to the eyes in the dark, and at the maximum, you can see all the details on the screen even in the light of the bright sun. When I was driving with a taxi driver from the airport, showing him my photos while standing at a traffic light, he was surprised at how my screen "hit in the eyes" - I then turned on the maximum brightness to show the photo in all its glory, but as it turned out, a little with I overdid it with brightness) In fairness, I’ll say that at that time it was already starting to get dark. In summary, the screen here is clearly one of the best among all smartphones that exist today! Performance. I decided to do the simplest test, that is, open as many games and applications as possible, leaving them in the background, trying to make the phone glitch. Failed. Moreover, all games and applications opened immediately, and were not loaded again. Here is a list of what was launched: Modern Combat 5, NFS No Limit, Gangstar 4, AC: Pirates, Snapseed, Vkontakte, Instagram, . Browser (63 tabs), Clash of Wits, Tricky, ZigZag, Smash Hit, Brain It On!, Camera, Contacts, Messages, Settings, Calculator, Gallery, Notes, Viber, Kate Mobile, . Disk, Microsoft Word. Then I just lost interest, giving the victory in this battle to my smartphone) Waterproof and dustproof. You can not be afraid to spill water on your smartphone, use it in the rain or on the beach without any problems, someone does underwater photography with the Galaxy S7, and there are even those who wash their smartphone if it becomes dirty. Conclusion: Is this smartphone worth buying? Definitely worth it! The cons described by me are subjective and depend on, let's say, the style of use. But the pluses, which, apart from me, are highlighted by the entire Internet community, will block these minuses and easily tip the scales in favor of purchasing this smartphone. I wish you all good luck with your choice and enjoy using your smartphone! :)

Pros
  • + Camera and shooting mode "PRO". + Display quality. + Performance. + Ergonomics. +IP68. + DUOS or the ability to expand memory using a memory card (and someone combines this business with direct hands). + Relevance and support (will soon ate to Android 7.0, while there is only a beta version) + Very fast charging. + A bunch of goodies. The camera shoots perfectly, while being one of the best at the moment. The well-known portal "dxomark" put the Samsung Galaxy S7 camera in second place among all existing on the market. Above it is only Pixel. The high level of photos is especially noticeable in low light compared to other smartphones. You can shoot in RAW! I must say right away that the camera produces excellent photos even on automatic settings, but it is the RAW format that can be called the plasticine from which you can mold a beautiful figure, or even an uncut diamond. Why? You do NOT get a ready-made wonderful photo, but the opportunity to create one using post-processing. The beauty of RAW is that you can manipulate a photo with minimal quality loss. You can google on the Internet, the difference between RAW with processing and JPEG is very noticeable. The main camera shoots 4k * 30fps, the front camera shoots 2k * 30fps, the sound records well, with such success you can no longer carry a camera on travel. The front camera writes videos perfectly, but the photos are not always clear and detailed. The main camera is excellent for both. Continued in the comments :)
Cons
  • - After two months of use, SCRATCHES became noticeable on the screen, it feels like I was wearing a smartphone paired with keys and I pretty much scratched it myself, although I didn’t allow this. - Hard to find full-screen glass, which partially influenced the appearance of the first minus. - Battery life with active use. - Price. I don't have enough battery life. But in fairness, I’ll say that I use my phone very actively: 4G or Wi-Fi is almost always on, every day I shoot videos or take photos, edit them, make calls, play various games, read the news, sit in social networks (vk, instagram ) and watch videos online. I often listen to music through headphones. On average, a charge from 100% to 1% is enough for 11 hours of such use. It is worth noting that the brightness is set automatically for me, i. E. in the scorching sun, this will be the maximum, and in a dark room - almost the minimum value. Also always on Always-On-Display and Bluetooth for feedback with my fitness band. Scratches. Here I was very surprised! Even on my good old Galaxy S3, I did not notice this. And then the vaunted Corning Gorilla Glass 4 pleased me with a variety of small (and not only) scratches all over the screen! Glass for 500, which fell off the screen on the first day, showed a better result than a phone screen for 50 thousand! For the sake of interest, I decided to test the glass, because it still cannot be glued back. And after 3 minutes of crawling with different keys on this glass, it looked no more damaged than my screen, which, I repeat, I tried to wear carefully, preventing it from being with the keys in one pocket. If you think modern flagships don't need screen protectors, trust me, it's better to spend a thousand on a screen protector than ten times as much to replace it.
