Unreliable concept
If this idea worked, industrial cleaners would use it. The hole is too adapted for the mop head, making rinsing and re-soaping difficult. When spinning, water and soap are thrown off. The middle area of the mop is lint free. A good concept is better realized when the mop is larger with thicker bulk fibers and a larger bucket to accommodate the mop cycle. Makes a rotating splash.
