AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My son bought this and he loves it. I'll check Source Audio's customer service though. The only issue we have with this item is the rubber ring bushing. If you're not careful, you can easily break the loop holding the finger loop. After unsuccessfully searching the web to purchase a replacement rubber grommet, I finally emailed Source Audio from their website. After 2 hours the answer came and said that there was no need to buy. They would send me some extras for free! I gave them my address and a few hours later they confirmed it had come in the mail. Phenomenal customer service! Nice job Source Audio!
