I was looking for a convection popcorn maker and found it to be a good model, not too cheap and not too expensive. Inserting and filling in popcorn kernels did not work. I flipped the power switch and nothing happened, I even tried different outlets. So I asked for a replacement, assuming it was flux. A replacement came and this time it worked, but after a few days the same thing happened, it wouldn't turn on. I thought, what's the point, it's just a hot air gun with a switch? This time I asked for my money back. I had to pay for the box to return it. I cut the box open thinking it would last more than a day. I love how Revain has set up to return items with no hassle, it's just that the company doesn't make a good product. I don't usually like returning products and I don't write reviews as it's hard to tell if they're honest. I didn't want to give a "star rating" but that's not an option.
