I am very pleased with the performance of this product. My daughter likes it very much. However, I decided to make a small change to the installation process. The instructions say to put washers on the bolts between the cargo hold and the wall. I've tried this method and it allows the toe to rotate around the pucks causing unnecessary torque on each toe. Please reduce packaging weight and cost by omitting these 2 washers for each part. Also, some of the teeth on the T-slot were bent instead of sinking into the wall material on the back. Please use the cost saving of 2 washers each to buy better nuts.
