The instructions say to put washers on the bolts between the cargo hold and the wall. I've tried this method and it allows the toe to rotate around the pucks causing unnecessary torque on each toe. They are great. I've had it for 3 months now, no problems. The plastic is very durable, children can easily climb on it. There is something to grab/step on and no difficult hold. I agree with another reviewer who said the second washer is unnecessary, even harmful. The instructions say to put a washer between the hold and the wall.
