It arrived and fits like a small shirt. it stops at my waist. However, it is "one size fits all" so I'm sure it will fit someone who is very small longer. I'm 5ft 8.5, 165lbs, 38D, hippie/busty, long chested, and I usually wear size 10 pants and a medium shirt. Like I said, it falls just below my waist, doesn't cover my hips, buttocks or lower abdomen. The quality of the material is simply "normal". As seen in my photos it's moderately sheer and looks cute against the light colors (my swimsuit is pink) and it looks sexy over it, but shorts are definitely required if you're trying to cover your hips like me :/ I hope. this will help someone!
