Really disappointed! Just need a smaller tree for a small area. Was surprised all three of my furries LOVED getting the balls out of the perforated platform - until the pole broke. VERY badly done! It's just cheap chipboard - it could even last 6+ hours (yes, I said 6 HOURS!) if it had large shims for extra support. I would definitely return it if I could, but unfortunately I didn't keep the box. Suitable only for kittens, and even then not for long! Don't waste money!
