Review on 🔪 Kuhn Rikon 7.25” Red Serrated Piranha Swivel Peeler - Efficient Kitchen Tool by Andrea Robinson

I always read 1 and 2 star reviews. I really want to see what I don't like about the things I'm looking at. There were a few 1 star reviews about how the knife blade had some sort of tape on it and it was difficult to remove. I thought how crazy it is to rate an item because of the packaging but after seeing it first hand I have to agree. The knife itself was great once I removed the tape but believe me it hurt. The peeler is VERY sharp and you will cut your fingers if you are not very careful. It's crazy to have something so difficult to separate such a sharp object. You'll have to rip it off and it will come loose into small pieces giving you a few chances of cutting yourself. I'm not an engineer, but it seems to me that finding something that protects the blade and is easy to remove is not difficult. I'm glad I read the review otherwise I probably would have cut myself if I hadn't been warned by other reviews. In summary I would recommend this knife as it's a really great little knife that does exactly what it's supposed to do, just be careful when removing the tape from the blade!
