I really appreciate other reviews saying this bracket is a good match for their CyberPower UPS. It really works. There weren't many ways to attach something that tight. It came with two Velcro straps and the short strap was enough to get the job done. I didn't want to permanently mount the mount under my desk for a number of reasons; mainly because I didn't want to damage the table. I built a bracket out of 8" x 7" plywood and attached it to a metal support under my desk, then I attached the bracket to that. I am very happy with this purchase.
