This is a fairly common design for this type of product. I have used others like this very often in the past. I will say this one feels lighter. And the vibrator is a little"hum". Most likely it has a smaller motor and/or battery. It still works and serves its purpose, but I'm curious to see how well the battery lasts over time. Also, the pouch it comes in is a bit more plastic compared to the microfiber pouches that usually come with these products. However, my wife really likes this design. It helps relax your aching muscles. The handle makes it easy to hold it in the right place without tiring your hands. It's simple, effective and inexpensive.
