QuTS requires fix from QNAP support

Note that while QuTS Hero is supposed to be supported, when you migrate you may find that the device does nothing due to lack of license. QNAP Support is currently unable to provide a solution. Update: QNAP support was able to contact QuTS Hero and fixed the issue.
