Ordered small/medium. The item received was labeled "Child/Youth". It's quite tight but I've tried to stretch it. Next time I'll probably go for medium/large as small/medium is quite small for an adult. I am a small/medium woman. It would be good for a small person or maybe a teenager. Or if you don't mind stretching it. Otherwise it is very pretty and cute.
