Packages are stored and shipped folded in half, so each package is badly crumpled in the middle. Also remember that the usable portion of the 8" x 12" pockets actually measures 8-1/4" x 11-3/4". The outside length is 12" but there is a 1/4" soldered end which looks unprofessional. The 8" x 12" pouches in my previous order from another seller were just the right size, thicker, and had a clean, flush end. Unfortunately this product was sold out so I gave this one a try. Pockets can be used but very disappointing. At least they came quickly so the 3rd star is just for that.
