Overall, I can absolutely recommend these duvets. We've visited several stores to personally touch their bamboo cotton fabrics, well-known companies like Burt's Bees, Lou Lou Lollipop, and they don't even come close to the quality of Brilliant Bambino. Below is my review in more detail for you: - We did NOT want to receive Velcro diapers. First, they don't grow with the child. This is a pony baby trick for a few months. Velcro is terrible in the wash - it will grab and ruin the rest of the clothes you put on. These comforters are easy to machine wash and you don't have to worry about them getting tangled, they've held up great. - I wanted a bamboo and cotton mix for my grandson but the others I bought were very coarse. These were the softest blankets we've ever felt, and we personally went to BuyBuyBaby, Walmart, and Target to find this type of fabric and check out the well-known brands listed above. I was shocked to see the difference. The description of this product says it is a proprietary blend so I wanted to test it. It can definitely be said that Brilliant Bambino is superior to them. Their XL size made it easy for my son to swaddle our grandson safely and allow room for hip movement which is very important. Ever since they swaddled him to sleep he has slept much more soundly at night and no longer wakes up waving his arms. - My son took the blanket to his pediatrician to see if they could use this blanket as an appetizer. Duvet. The doctor said yes when the child was old enough (about 1 year old) because this particular blanket was very light and breathable. The doctor actually asked what brand it was, where they bought it and wrote down the name when impressed. This summer they used a road trip blanket as a barrier in a car seat so the underside of the seat doesn't get too hot for a child's legs when wearing shorts. They also used it to put a shopping cart inside as a barrier. The stitching around the edge is very secure, the logo is a nice big tag sewn on well and the kid loves the tags so it will be fun to play with. - There were no stubborn stains on the blankets. - Her childhood theme was safari animals, I've attached a video of the comforter so you can see how it goes well with her halo sleeping bag as she ages. Her rocking chair also has his picture on it. They use it to snuggle up and read a book before changing the baby in it at bedtime. - Animals are whimsical and always draw baby's attention when they are lying on their tummy. Our grandson often beats the poor animals because he is so happy to see them. We will definitely be buying more from this company in the future and strongly encourage you to purchase these quality blankets.
