The ability to connect with multiple 3rd party vendors (like Salesforce) as well as our own internal system was very helpful in solving business problems that were causing us issues before we started using this product! It took some time getting used but once you do it becomes easy peasy!! I would like more integration options such as Zapier/IFTTT type of services where there could be an easier way if connecting external systems together via API call rather than manually logging-in etc.. Also being able to have notifications when something goes wrong instead having all work stopped until someone looks at logs - not ideal. This has helped solve many integrations challenges within my team by allowing me access information quicker which allows faster decision making.
