WhereScape is a great tool for automating many manual processes

The platform is very stable and can be easily used by non-technical users. The best thing about WhereScape is that it integrates well with Salesforce, and makes the data available in a clean, organized manner and can be leveraged for other use cases. Software designed perfectly keeping customer requirements foremost

The ease of use for new users as well having support from senior management in terms of ongoing releases and product enhancements is unmatched! We have been able to reduce time-to-market by using best fit solutions which allow us focus more strategic efforts elsewhere. Pros
  • I like that there is a lot of great tools for managing your network
Cons
  • I dislike that it is not very intuitive and that there is a lot of manual steps involved in doing things
