I read reviews where some people said that the brushes are very small. I personally don't think they are. I am a 49 year old female with small to medium sized hands. My aunt's hands are about the same size and we both think the equipment provided to her is perfect. I like the carry case because it has the ability to detach a large strap and because it holds my helmet and all my brushes at the same time. Of course I put the helmet in and the rest is in the many pockets around the "bucket". I also like that the bucket is collapsible. This can be used for other things like storing small camping gadgets and such. I also go to camp and I always come up with new fun things. I would recommend it to anyone of any age. As I said, the brushes are in perfect condition and are the usual size found everywhere. I like the idea of being able to order different colors. I like purple and my pony wears all her gear in purple. I hope this helps, and I especially hope people understand that brushes are by no means tiny. Much luck!
