The toothbrush works very well. My daughter really feels the difference between brushing this and a regular toothbrush. In terms of performance, the price is justified. Now for some cons. First, replacement heads are not available from any retailer or Revain. The only place I've found them is right at Pop Sonic. Also, the USB charging cable is USB A (regular USB plug) on one end and branded plug on the other end to connect to the brush. The only place to get a replacement is, you guessed it, direct from Pop Sonic. It had to be a USB-C connector (or at least a micro-USB connector) to connect to a toothbrush where replacements are readily available and most of us already have a bunch to start with. Finally, the cord is inserted into the bottom of the brush, so you can't stand while charging. It must be put on its side. The cord should be connected to the side of the toothbrush. While a toothbrush works just fine, it's useless if you don't have spare brush heads or can't charge them.
