Metal is relatively soft

These are mostly great. I made the mistake of not quite tightening the left one and when it came loose on a long ride, the action of me pushing on the crank actually gouged some metal in the crank so now it won't stay on reliably even when fully tightened because the hole is no longer fully square. The right one though is fine so i have to write this off mostly to me not tightening the left one sufficiently to begin with. That said beware or else like me you'll need a new one or both.
