I usually like this brand but the quality control leaves a lot to be desired, actually it's just a shame as does the customer service. Having previously purchased this aroma from a local pet food store, I decided to order a box. Out of 12 jars I opened 5, each with the same result; half a can of chicken, no cheese, the rest is water. I contacted the company, the customer service is just as bad as the quality control. I sent all the requested information and said they would forward the information to QA and get back to me. I'm still waiting. Meanwhile there is also a problem with another flavor - chicken with green beans - sent the info again, I'm still waiting for an update. I left 7 jars stuck - my kittens are also untouched so there might be a problem with the food - so I won't be giving them either. So my suggestion is to stay away from this product and buy 1 can and see if your problem gets solved later. Did the company offer a coupon for a future purchase? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Obviously they don't stand behind their product. Unfortunately they had what I thought was a good product.
