Be gentle with these

Non stick pans of any kind are only good as long as you are careful with them. If these are hand washed and dried immediately they should last a while. I trim a cake circle to fit the bottom of the 10 inch pan for cheesecake. No risk of scratches from removing the cheesecake from the bottom.
