This is a quality product. I used it on a pair of sandals that looked like they got caught in a hurricane and gotten worse. The skin was dry and they were really unwearable. I thought I might try to save her as it seemed like an easy process. I've used another brand of cleanser which didn't really help, but once I used this I could tell the skin was softer. The sandals came out very nice and because they are so easy to use I actually did this procedure twice and the sandals look very nice and soft. I used them on a trip to Disney and never felt any discomfort, on the contrary they remained as soft as when the product was applied. I've also used it on a couple of leather chairs and didn't leave the product on for too long, but again they came out very well. I can highly recommend the product.
