Sturdy machine at Specialty Tools & Gadgets

While we haven't tried them yet (check after you've baked Christmas cookies), they seem well made out of heavy material. The opening and closing process is smooth and can easily be performed by a person with arthritis (us). I look forward to making cookies out of it. I will (obviously) use the largest size for chocolate chip cookies. ;-)
