Purchased to work on my bikes. Very little used but still essential for today's high quality bike components. I use snap-on digital keys at work and wasn't expecting the same performance, but this device is cumbersome to set up or use. The LED that illuminates when torque settings are reached is difficult to see unless you are only tightening easily accessible fasteners. The buzzer that should sound when the torque is reached no longer works. I have contacted the seller to see if there is a workaround for this after owning it for a little over 1 year. Update - worked with SUG to solve my problems. They directed me to videos showing how to reset the key and how to make changes to the settings. They sent me a spare key which now works perfectly. The only problem I had was with the buzzer. Since then I've spent more time with the wrench and am now used to how it works. Good service from SUG.
