Let me start by saying that the customer service experience I have had with this company also deserves 5 stars. When my rug arrived the packaging box was fine but the box the rug came in was intact which caused a small tear on the back of the rug. While the damage to the carpet was minimal (it was on a PVC backing so you couldn't see it unless you looked very closely when it was turned upside down), I was pissed that someone had done the damage saw it and decided to box it up and mail it. that's for me anyway. When I received the standard follow up email I replied that I was disappointed that I had received a damaged product and sent them a photo of the rug. They immediately apologized and sent me a new carpet. After a while, they even told me that they checked their practice to make sure it didn't happen again. Kudos to the company for caring about customer experience and tracking! Now onto the carpet. I waited a few weeks to review because I wanted to try it out a bit. Overall I am very happy with the carpet. It shed for the first week or so, but after a few good shakes it got better. It is very durable and can withstand rough abrasion. I'm renovating the house inside and out, so my shoes can be pretty dirty when I get there. So far, this rug has been able to get the job done and look good doing it.
