I bought this cart to help move my Milwaukee Packout tool box and a couple of accessory boxes. The design of this cart is perfect for holding single Packout boxes. While they do not lock in place, the underside lugs nestle nicely between the support rails. Some straps might be useful, and the cart handle needs support when tilting back—but it works for me. I can quickly put the cart in my truck. Stacking is easy.This tool cart setup is not for a professional who drags his tools over ugly terrain—it will not hold up for that. But for a home jobber it works for me to move tools every once in a while.As a luggage cart, this is a nice luggage cart. It could probably hold 200 pounds of stacked luggage, but don’t expect to use the telescoping handle to tilt back anywhere near this load! The handle will certainly snap off.Sitting on all four wheels it will roll nicely. I like the cart. It seems well built and folds up nicely.It’s a nice luggage cart, but calling this a hand truck is pushing it.
