They are meant to be for trucks. Wrong or wrong design. The seat is in 3 parts, and should be 2, for a 60/40 ratio. The left and right seats are identical except for the built-in left and right hands. Both have velcro on the inside edge. Then there's the middle section, but the middle section doesn't have velcro, so the velcro has no purpose. I usually removed the 60th of the seat and lowered the 40th to allow my dog to sit, so I wanted a cover. I came back knowing the velcro catches dog hair and is a constant mess and I have no reason to be on the seat cover. They must be made with a 2-piece seat. I've never attempted to install, but I suspect the design will be an issue as the seat is raised and lowered and the center section doesn't stay level. Really stupid, I'd like to know why they did it. Who wants to sit on Velcro when the other seats are stowed away. I guess I should have thought better of ordering something that only had 3 reviews which were probably from the staff. Unfortunately, apart from the design issues, it looks well made.
